The full database of intervention categories analysed in this study is available from the authors on request.

  • †There is a significant degree of overlap in intervention categories coded as other with other codes. For example, many of these categories could, in different contexts, be used as standalone treatments, or as delivery methods or adjuncts to forms of psychotherapy from other boughs. In such cases, a given study would be assigned multiple intervention categories.
